a. Scheduled Orders:
Users placing scheduled orders may cancel their orders free of charge if the cancellation request is made at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled delivery slot.
Cancellations requested after this period may attract a fee of up to 100% of the order value.
b. Express Orders (Non-30 Minute):
Users may cancel such orders free of charge within 5 minutes of placing the order.
Cancellations made after this time may result in a fee of up to 100% of the order value.
c. 30-Minute Express Orders:
Users may cancel these orders free of charge within 2 minutes of placing the order.
Any cancellation beyond this time window may attract a fee of up to 100% of the order value.
d. Misuse of Cancellation Policy:
PerfectMeats reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts, cancel orders, and/or impose penalties (up to 100% of the order value) in cases of repeated cancellations, misuse of the Policy, or suspicious activity. We may also take further necessary actions, including legal steps where applicable.
e. Pay Online on Delivery (POD):
For POD orders, any applicable cancellation charges (up to 100%) may be recovered from the User in subsequent orders.
f. Failed Deliveries (User Responsibility):
A cancellation fee of up to 100% of the order value may be charged if the order cannot be delivered due to reasons including but not limited to:
Incorrect or incomplete delivery address
Location falling outside the serviceable delivery area
Failure to respond to delivery calls
Lack of necessary instructions or authorization at the time of delivery
g. Company Responsibility:
No cancellation charges will be applied if the cancellation occurs due to reasons attributable to PerfectMeats.
